Terms and Conditions of Use

Introduction

These terms and conditions cover the internet based services (WizTV) that have been made available for viewing on Beyonwiz set top boxes (STB) and personal video recorders (PVR). The distributor of Beyonwiz products in Australia and supplier of the WizTV services in Digital Products Group Pty Ltd (DPG). In order to access the optional WizTV internet services the (user) must agree to these terms and conditions.

Internet Connection

The user will require a personal internet connection connected to their STB / PVR The user is responsible for paying for and monitoring their own internet connection including all download charges. (Browsing WizTV Information based services such as ABC News, ABC Sport and Wiz Weather would be equivalent in size to browsing regular web pages on your PC.) From time to time an upgrade icon will appear on the WizTV front page, this is a feature that will allow users to download and install new firmware via the user’s personal internet connection (This process will take approximately 5 minutes and use approximately 10Mb.)

Content and Features

All content remains the full property of DPG and / or the 3rd party content provider and is for personal use only. It can not be copied, modified or republished. DPG reserves the right to change, add or remove features and services on WizTV at our discretion and without notice. There may be advertising of 3rd party products and services with in the WizTV service from time to time. We reserve the right to make available additional and optional services in the future for a fee, these may be purchased by the user and will attract separate terms and conditions.
